Sarah and Joe were married on a perfect Saturday in June, in stark contrast to what the meteorologists were predicting throughout the week. The thunderstorms took a rain check and left them with bright blue skies for their big day! Sarah started the day getting prepared at the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Greentree, where her extremely organized bridesmaids made sure everything was in order. Sarah paced and laughed often, a perfect combination of nerves and excitement. Elizabeth and I then met Joe at St. Bernard Parish in Mt. Lebanon. Joe has a very unique laugh, he seems to always be smiling and enjoying himself- and I actually heard his laugh through the halls before I saw him! I ( Vincent) and Joe hit it off immediately when we met before the wedding as he explained how their reception was going to jam from the 90’s music that he had chosen. We recited some old classic movie lines ( I thing Sarah rolled her eyes while we were doing this!) and, Joe, who was a big wrestling fan, listened to me tell some stories from my days when I was a photographer for the World Wrestling Federation. Their wedding day was loaded with memories that they will probably never forget, including Sarah’s dad singing a silly song to her as she walked down the aisle to just make her laugh, her veil almost flying off of her head as she entered the church as well as some of the funniest best man speeches you will ever hear! I was laughing out loud leaving the reception thinking about how fun their wedding just was! Congratulations Sarah and Joe, we were honored to spend your wedding day with you!
