I (Vincent) was in Cincinnati last night to photograph the Pittsburgh Steelers playoff game against the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium. This game was played in one of the craziest atmospheres that I’ve experienced in more than twenty years of shooting sports. Amid the chaos, driving rain, angry Bengals fans and one of the wildest endings I’ve ever seen was one of the greatest catches in NFL playoff history. Midway through the third quarter, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant chased down a pass by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. In a moment, he flipped over, maintained possession of the ball, and somehow held onto it while going upside down through the corner of the end zone. Everyone in the building was stunned as Bryant celebrated, with all eyes on the scoreboard to see what had just happened.
